Ascend Cycle + Lift Lab was a local, women-owned fitness brand, specializing in cycling and strength training in Alexandria, VA.
My role at Ascend started when I took my first indoor cycling class. I was a new client turned ‘Front Desk Rep’ who helped with class check-ins and cleaning shoes. Not long after the owner asked if I would help design Instagram stories for them.
What started as a small, one-off project evolved into me becoming the studio’s in-house:

Within a short amount of time I created a cohesive brand that locals would identify as Ascend across all platforms.
Unfortunately due to the strain of the pandemic Ascend closed at the end of 2021.
